Vijay Sundar

Founder & CEO/CTO

Brings over 30 years of industry experience, with more than 15 years in Enterprise IT and Security leadership, managing large-scale transformation initiatives worth over $50 million. His 7+ years of consulting experience complement his role as a co-chair and expert member of industry standards committees such as J2EE/JCA, RFID, and GS1. He holds a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Central Queensland, Australia, showcasing his deep expertise in the field.

Reed Augliere

Chief Architect
Consulting Cybersecurity Expert

Offers over 30 years of industry experience with key roles at TJX, BJs, and RSA, and has published extensively in technology transfer, software security, IT risk management, and image processing. He holds a PhD in Operations Research from Harvard University, demonstrating deep expertise in analytical and strategic problem-solving

Julian Mazaira

UX Designer/Lead Engineer

Brings over 8 years of industry experience, during which he played a key role in the design and development of the SmarterD UI Platform and successfully drove several customer programs at SmarterD. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, underscoring his strong foundation in his field.

Kris Ashok

AI/ML Engineer

Brings experience in AI/ML modeling and application in Business Process Automation. He is responsible for creating and managing different ML Models for Automation within the product. He is a Computer Science Student at Purdue University.

Ganesh Srinivasan

Corporate Strategy & Advisor

Previously held senior Management Position at Lucent Technologies and was founder of two Technology Startups companies including Silicon Tech Corp that was successfully acquired and is always looking to contribute his experience in Information Technology, Customer Relationships, building Enterprise Software Solution and best way to leverage his Entrepreneurial experience.

Before SmarterD, he was a Senior Director at Barnes & Nobles. He is responsible for working closely with our customers, making SmarterD successfully implemented and feeding back to our product team. He has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Gujarat, India.
